Terms of Sale

All books are subject to prior sale. All books noted as First Editions are also First Printings unless otherwise notated. Books are returnable for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent. Please notify us if you wish to return a book. Dust-jacketed books are covered in archival mylar jacket protectors.

Orders and Payment

Books may be reserved by phone, mail, or email, and are subject to prior sale. Please include your email, phone and address in any communication. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Libraries and/or institutions will be billed with an invoice.

Taxes

Rhode Island residents please note that all purchases will have 7.00% sales tax added to their order. For the rest of the United States, your purchases are subject to sales tax rates in your state.

We do not collect VAT, GST, and related taxes for international locations. We do not meet the thresholds and books are non-taxable in many countries. If you have a tax number, please email it to us or put it into the notes at checkout.

Shipping

Most books will ship out within two business days. Shipping costs are based on packages weighing three pounds. However, larger or heavier books or multi-volume sets may require additional postage. Domestic:

Media Mail (5-9 business days) $6.00 for the first book, $2 for each additional book
Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or UPS Ground (1-6 business days) Both are $16.00 for the first book, $3.50 for each additional book
